We appreciate that when something goes wrong, or needs fixing, response time is important. We will always do our best to assist you as soon as possible. However, lots of factors are at play. It isn’t just about you as tenants and your property manager, we must inform the landlord of the issue and act accordingly, sometimes our actions are limited by supply chain booking.
